Fox Mountain Guides will only receive and accept complete online applications with a credit card deposit or payment. We accept Visa or Master Card for deposits and payments. Travel Insurance: We strongly suggest you look into 'travel insurance' as this may protect you from loosing your money if you have to cancel your booking at the last minute. We have done research and have had good feedback from clients that have used AIG Travel Guard. We think it is a prudent way to protect your course and money if you have to cancel your booking. The following areas are between three to four hours round trip drive from our head offices and where our guides live. Because of this fact we charge a nominal $25 traveling expenses to cover our guides traveling time and gas for the following locations for all bookings.

Linville Gorge Areas: Table Rock, Hawksbill, Amphitheater, NC Wall (30 mins Southwest of Boone)

Shortoff Mountain (1 hour East of Asheville)

Crowders Mountain (Near Gastonia, 30 mins West of Charlotte)

The following areas are between six to eight hours round trip drive from our head offices and where our guides live. Because of this fact we charge a nominal $40 traveling expenses to cover our guides traveling time and gas for the following locations for all bookings.

Stone Mountain (30 mins Northeast of Winston-Salem)

Moore's Wall (Hanging Rock State Park) (30 mins North of Winston-Salem)

Pilot Mountain (30 mins North of Winston-Salem)
